Placing an Order

We try to restock out-of-stock items as often and quickly as possible but we work with a lot of smaller businesses or handmade product which we need to import from overseas and therefore, it can come to delays.

If you want to get notified about an out-of-stock items, please find the button "NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE" within the product page.

We strive to process and ship you order as quickly as possible and therefore, please try to get in contact with us asap if you want to cancel or adjust your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope our fast shipping process works to your advantage.

Any unwanted items can be returned for a refund please find further details in our our Returns FAQs or Return Policy.

Kinder Playroom is an online retailer of the brands we sell, and we not offer wholesale pricing for all the brands/products we sell.

BUT we are the official wholesaler for the German brand 'plastic ant mobilo ® and the Austrian brand 'Matador'.

Shipping

Shipping is free for domestic orders over $125. For all other domestic orders shipping is $8.90. 

Some larger items have a higher shipping flatrate which you will find in the item description, e.g. due to the size of all Drewart items, a flat rate shipping fee of $24.90/item will be applied at checkout.

Kinder Playroom offers free shipping on all orders of $125 or more within the continuous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).Free shipping will automatically be applied to all domestic orders to your cart.

We typically ship out orders from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC within 1 business day of ordering. From there, shipping may take 2-5 business days. 

For busy times like Christmas, orders may take between 2-3 business days to ship.

Free shipping items are not sent expedited. If you wish to have your items shipped expedited, please select another shipping option at your cost at the checkout process.

We will email the tracking number when your order has left our warehouse. Please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking number to become active. 

For any questions about delays or tracking issues, please contact the carrier or us to help you with the process.

We ship to all locations within the USA including territories and Armed Forces addresses. 

We currently do not ship outside of the USA. Some international customers use a freight forwarding company or have their order shipped to a friend or family member in the US, who can then send the package overseas. 

Kinder Points - Award Program

Kinder Points is a reward program you can sign up for with us and for every Dollar you spent, you earn 5 Kinder Points which you redeem later.

We have 3 ways to earn Kinder Points:

  • Signup = 100 Kinder Points
  • Place an order = 5 Kinder Points for every $1 you spend
  • Celebrate a Birthday = 300 Kinder Points

Returns

Please contact us immediately if you wish to return your item(s). All items must be authorized prior and returned within 10 business days, in their original/unopened/new packaging and send back to Kinder Playroom.

Box the item(s) you want to return in the same box they have arrived or a new one and ship the box back to us with your choice of trackable carrier such as the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx to the following address:

Except of damaged, defective or misdelivered items, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

All refunds will be made in the original form of purchase, minus a 5% restocking fee after the items have been received and processed. 

This normally takes around 1-3 business days after we have received the return shipment.
